David S. Pottruck thrives on change, having led highly disruptive change initiatives with great success over the decades. Author of two best-selling business books, in his third book, Driving Disruption: An Operator’s Manual, Dave presents a proven approach and operating tool to execute disruptive change successfully.  

Dave graduated with a BA from the University of Pennsylvania and earned his MBA with honors from Wharton. He is currently a senior fellow and adjunct faculty member at the Wharton School’s Center for Leadership and Change Management, where he has received Wharton San Francisco’s Outstanding Teaching Award multiple years. Dave advises the CEOs of several early stage companies and delivers keynote speeches and teaches change leadership to hundreds of executives from around the world.
